A minimum of 3 fire-rated hinges must be used, located correctly and fitted with using appropriate fixings and intumescent pads & strips when required.

Our Trend T18S 1/4-inch Cordless Router or our T5 1000W Router are the perfect tool for the job.  Use the in collaboration with the Hinge Jig to perfect hinge recesses in the door.
