Made from 12mm high-pressure laminate, it’s dimensionally stable and guaranteed never to warp. Fully adjustable for lock faceplates up to 175 mm, it comes with four interchangeable templates covering the most common sash, mortice, and deadlock sizes. Keyhole slots allow fast template changes, while simple centre-line setup ensures square mortices for precise door fitting. Suitable for doors up to 58 mm (2.1/4") thick, it works with a 1/2" router with a 12.7 mm (1/2") straight cutter, 16mm guide bush, and standard clamps for easy, professional results.
