Trend H/JIG/D6 - AnyDoor 6’8” Modular Hinge Jig

The AnyDoor Jig is New and improved version of the popular Trend Skeleton Hinge Jig. 

Fully-adjustable, modular routing jig designed to quickly and accurately recess square and 10mm radius hinges in timber doors & frames. Accommodates both full-height (1981mm/2040mm) and custom smaller doors.

• Modular Rail Construction allows the jig to be shortened or extended to suit smaller or oversize doors. Ideal for Dutch/stable doors, loft conversions, access panels, loft hatches and understairs storage. Expansion rails available for doors larger than 2040mm (6’8”).
• Patented* Twin-Rail System provides unlimited hinge positions within the rail, making the jig perfect for both new and replacement installations.
• Radius Hinge Compatibility allows fast and accurate installation of square or 10mm radius hinge profiles.
• Bradawl or Screw Attachment Options enables the jig to be secured with either bradawls for speed (included) or 3.5mm (no.6) woodscrews for maximum stability.
• Tough Carry Bag stores pre-built jig sections to minimise assembly time.
• Lightweight Anodized Aluminium Rails for optimum strength, durability, accuracy and a smooth router running surface.
• Adjustable Edge Guides accommodate 19mm, 26mm and 30mm hinge leaf widths (preset) or any leaf width between 12.7mm and 35mm (custom).
• Adjustable Quick-Release Aperture Blocks feature Trend’s tool-free, patented* thumb-turn locking mechanism for fast, accurate hinge positioning.
• 3.0mm (1/8”) Steel End Plate ensures consistent head clearance and provides rapid door-to-frame transition.
• 25mm (1”) Rail Depth allows jig to be used against fixed door stops.
