Sjobergs Elite 2000 Cabinetmaker's Workbench - (Ref: 701865)

• Sjöbergs Elite cabinetmaker benches are designed and built by experienced Swedish craftsmen. Constructed entirely in European beech; the top is 85mm thick with a 110mm apron, ready treated with a premium quality enriching finishing oil. The specially developed vices provide enormous clamping power across their 600mm (23.1/2") width, as well as providing amazing clamping speed, accuracy and smoothness. A double row of 25mm (1") round dogs work from both vices and across the full worktop area of 1,805 x 600mm. (Overall bench dimensions 1,945 x 740mm). The vices have an opening capacity of 145mm (5.3/4"). Supplied with top, trestle and four unbreakable round steel bench dogs which can also be used in the trestle legs. Please note: Available as bench only or complete with storage module SM04.

• Having made an investment in a Sjobergs Elite Workbench, this kit will help you reap the benefits and maximise the usefulness of the bench. The kit comprises a QSH Elite Holdfast, UA-13 Universal Anvil and the JC-12 Elite Jaw Cushions.
• The QSH Holdfast slips into any dog hole in the bench top for clamping items horizontally. Alternatively, use it in the bench legs for clamping large boards or doors on edge. It swivels 360° and slides vertically to accommodate different stock thicknesses.
• The Universal Anvil, fits into one of dog holes along the edge the Elite bench for metalwork or to protect the bench top from heavy hammering.
• The jaw protectors have a self-adhesive backing. They are a resilient cork and rubber composition, which provides a firm grip on a workpiece. They protect both the vice jaws and prevent delicate pieces from marring.
