• The carbide teeth of the blade are grouped in clusters. During manufacture, vacuum-brazed carbide particles are arranged strategically by bonding to the edge of the blade. They sever the fibers of both rigid and flexible insulating materials precisely and produce a fine cut. This reduces the likelihood of blockages in the vacuum channels, improves dust extraction and creates a clean cut edge.
• The reduced maintenance and cleaning requirement enhances work efficiency.
• Thanks to the blade’s carbide tooth clusters, both sides can be used for cutting. The carbide particles are self-sharpening so that the blades last a very long time.
